Playoffs! Rock n' roll, boys!

Hey everyone - I've been kinda busy this week with the impending labor of my wife. But I'll give you a little Teaser's Revenge blog post to keep you going into the first week of the playoffs!

Out - Jen, Jeff, Steph, Graham, Cap, Moose

In - Everyone else....Jerkfaces!


Matchup rundown:

#1 World Police (-13.7) vs. #8 Team Klenk - Well, the line calls it close, but I'm not the line. Even though they have tough matchups, Westbrook and Bush are back. Fitz is still running well. Klenk has some upside players going (Ginn Jr., Harrison, Gonzalez), but it doesn't seem like he has the team to match Dave's full strenght team. Dave wins, handily.

#2 Johnny Chimpos (-10.6) vs. #7 Modern Architecture - Dagan squeeks into the playoffs, but this is as far as his team goes. Two games against Jeff and Moose has given him false confidence - the Chimpos are a good team. Behind the power of Brees, LT, and the best draft pick of the year Matt Forte, Tracy will easily brees into the next round. Pun intended.

#3 Furious Anger (-40.5) vs. #6 Leisure Kings - Okay, I agree with the line here. Bad start for SamU, as Chris Chambers goes with a big zero. AP vs Det, CJ vs Cle, and Slaton vs GB. Dufresne has the running back corps to make it long into the playoffs. Duffy wins big, not much else to say.

#4 Al Yankovic (-14.1) vs. #5 Steph's Gotta Handful - Wow. This game got off to a good start. Both teams under 2 points. But I cannot get a good handle on how this one will turn out. Niether team is that strong - AC's WR corps is a mess. October has a bunch of upside players that could turn in a stinker - Yes, I'm considering both Jennings and Smith 'upside' players. But I think that his team is going to be good enough on Sunday. OT wins a squeeker.
