I told you that I'd update this week. Who's a contender, who's a pretender? Who cares? Well, I don't care if you care or not. You're gonna read it!
Contender / Pretender:
Team Klenk – When healthy, Contender. When hurt, Pretender – This team is in a flux right now. Frank Gore and Marion Barber are either hurt or banged up, leaving his core RBs as Glen Coffee and Ladell Betts. I don’t think that Ochocinco or Colston can pick up the slack right now. But when Gore comes back, watch out. All Klenk’s skilled positions are top notch.
Moose Is Loose – Pretender: Yes, I’m a little hard on myself. But my draft went bad – Larry Fitz hasn’t played up to expectations with triple team coverages and Fast Willie’s knees gave out about three years ago. With Pierre Thomas and Peyton Manning leading the way, I don’t think the top spot is for me.
Gridiron Ninjas – Contender: The biggest question in the lineup (during a non-bye week, that is) is QB. Carson Palmer has turned it up this year and seems to have his connection with Ochocinco back. Turner, Greg Jennings, Dallas Clark – they are all elite players at their positions. I think Ninjas are in it to win it.
Puddin’ Pops – Contender: I have to admit it. Steph is good. I’ve come around on her team. It’s 2006 all over again. Retro is in. New wave is out. Having Purple Jesus helps the situation, but McGahee is getting all the goal line carries for the Ravens. Rodgers and Gates will put up good numbers. The WRs might be a little suspect, but TO bitched enough last week to start getting targets. I think this team will be good for a while longer.
So there you have it. We'll probably have some movers and shakers from the under .500 crew since it's still early, but the girls rule the league so far.

Come on, I can't get any love? I would be 3-1 if i didn't run into a monster effort by SAMU, and I am still leading the league in points. Sure, I don't have the big names besides Brees, but I'm still putting big numbers 3 out of 4 weeks. That's my arguement.
